Helen's boss, the powerful property tycoon L.K. Halpin, has taken the day off work. He has never done this before. For one day, Helen must fight to keep his company running successfully in the pressure-cooker environment of big business. Her dying mother and neglected boyfriend become secondary concerns when she is confronted with the potential loss of millions of pounds. Will she be able to keep the company afloat?
