27 Wagons full of Cotton By Tennessee Williams

'Baby doll' Flora is waiting for her husband in the feverish heat of the Mississippi Delta. Nearby the cotton gin that ruined her husband is blazing. Arsen demands vengeance and the child-like Flora will be used to exact it. Sexual tension becomes indistinguishable from violence while cruelty and vulnerability collide among the flames of the deep south to culminate in what can only be described as vintage Tennessee Williams drama.

Acting auditions for four available roles run in Selwyn College on Sunday 27th (8-10.30) and Monday 28th April (between 11.00 and 2). Please email us to let us know when you can make it or if you can't make it at all on this date (we will possible re-open auditions at a later date but we would still like to know that you are interested).

Thin Air Theatre is now recruiting a creative team for a two week run (11th - 25th August) at this year's Edinburgh Fringe. We are looking for: Assistant Director, Stage Manager, Costume & Make-up, Technical Manager.
