In the twilight hush of Queens’ chapel, a bride stands alone, painting.
Rachel came back to her old college to marry Thomas, despite the unforgiveable personal crime he committed against her last night. The guests are all here, but no groom. As Rachel suspected, an old love from their Cambridge days has turned him away from her, but it’s not as simple as that. Nothing for it but to hear the guests’ perspectives on this doomed love story, and try to piece together where it went wrong, why all these people are here and what’s not being said before the gong rings for the feast of this ‘ghost’ wedding.
