In the summer of 1975, Violet Warner and Steven Brown, investigators of the paranormal, arrive with their tape recorder to find out what exactly happened at Willow House the year before. But as they go about their investigation, something begins to bother Violet. The stories themselves seem to be haunted by the spectre of the houseowner’s wife, who apparently left him for another man. But no one knows where she went.
