JOIN US AT ROBINSON AUDITORIUM FOR AN INSPIRING, BOUNDARY-PUSHING THEATRE WORKSHOP
Chris Fonseca and Harry Jardine have been working closely together since 2019 before setting up Fuse Theatre CIC in January 2024. Their USP is fusing British Sign Language, Visual Vernacular, Hip Hop, Dance and Movement to create theatrical experiences based on real life stories and events. In this 90-minute workshop, Chris and Harry will take you through the various elements of storytelling, encouraging you to share your stories and then combining the creative language they provide you with to create a short piece of theatre in pairs or groups. Chris is a Deaf BSL-user and Harry is hearing and bilingual. Fuse always strives to make these workshops as accessible as possible for all so please come along with an open mind and join us as we welcome into you a safe place to create!

CAIAC Presents: Open space...
For two hours on Friday 7th February, the worlds of original music, contemporary dance, poetry and theatre will collide. A series of scheduled performances will shape up the skeleton of the night, but, in the spirit of an 'Open Space', we will be opening the floor to any performers who wish to use the space and the event to showcase art of their own.
If you want to be involved in performing at this event, email our director Charlie at 'cm2238@cam.ac.uk' with your name, discipline of choice and details on what you will be performing - i.e. subject matter, genre, time of performance. We will then respond and (hopefully) programme you! Applications are open right up until the night itself...
