DOG'S CASE IS LOOKING FOR A CAST! Week One Corpus Mainshow needs your help!

Fancy joining the team for a piece of new writing to be staged in Cambridge this Lent?

Dog's Case is a study of grief among a small rural community in Normandy. Set four hundred years ago, the play is structured around the viewpoints of five different narrators on the death of local farm boy Gerald Bardin who was mauled to death one morning by his father's hunting dog (who speaks to us in English - I mean French - I mean, technically neither but we hear the dog at any rate). What's there not to love about a play that tugs and twists at the boundaries of what we deem moral through canine-induced homicide?! Oriented around character monologues, this play will be an excellent opportunity to showcase your acting chops!

Dog's Case was staged last Lent term in the Downing Howard Theatre! The critics were so enthusiastic we had to pull them away with a shepherd's crook. See for yourself: https://www.varsity.co.uk/theatre/27290
