Over the past few decades, the G&S society's annual production at the Minack has launched the careers of the likes of Griff Rhys-Jones, along with numerous professional conductors, performers, lighting designers, set designers and virtually all other brand of technician and designer - and this year we will be bringing together the very finest in current student and recently-graduated talent to put on a show like no other.
The Pirates of Penzance is one of the most popular and beloved shows of all time, and is certainly often considered to be Gilbert and Sullivan's finest work. It is well known for spawning such classics as "I Am The Very Model Of A Modern Major General" and "A Policeman's Lot Is Not A Happy One".
